Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
- Made to order products are processed within 2 - 5 business days. If we already have the product in stock, your product will be processed faster. Handmade items such as dog tags can take up to 5-7 days to process.
- Your parcel will be delivered within 7 - 10 business days from dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
- After your payment is authorised and verified, it can take up to two business days to process your order.
- Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas.
Shipping Rates
Australia
A flat rate of $10 AUD applies to all Australian domestic parcels for standard delivery with an order value under $40. You may choose express delivery for a flat rate of $15 AUD.
Any orders over $40 are eligible for free delivery.
New Zealand and United States
A flat rate of $20 AUD applies to all overseas parcels for standard delivery.
Colors
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on the site. The colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Materials
Earrings and Dog Tags are made with Resin and all connectors and hooks/studs are hypoallergenic silver plated. Earrings can be made with sterling silver hooks/studs for an additional cost.
Please note: items that are handmade will have slight variations to the color and image you see in the picture.
For all handmade earrings only one of each pair is available. If you see a product you like and require more than one, please make contact with me to discuss custom options.
Payment
Upon receiving your order and payment, we aim to process the package within 2-5 days. Handmade can take between 5-7 days. Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided if there is an issue with the product and only in new condition. Please select wisely as refunds will not be provided for incorrect selection. Return is at the responsibility of the customer unless there is a default or error with the product. Any refunds will be processed within 10 days once the returned item is received.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Silver Dreams Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
